Niamh Griffiths-Baker

Having joined Willow & Stone in October 2025, Niamh has now become an integral part of the team and a familiar face to many of our clients. With more than four years’ estate agency experience, she has developed a keen understanding of the high levels of service our vendors expect and the qualities buyers are looking for when searching for their next home. Having grown up in the area, Niamh brings invaluable local knowledge and insight to buyers relocating to Stamford, Rutland and the surrounding villages. Her friendly and approachable nature, combined with her professionalism and attention to detail, ensures that both vendors and buyers receive a first-class experience throughout their journey. Property and design run in her blood – her father is a well-respected architect in the Uppingham area and her mother is a talented artist – giving Niamh a natural appreciation for character homes, architecture and interior styling. Her enthusiasm, local knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional service make her a valued member of the Willow & Stone team and an important part of the experience we aim to provide to every client.
